Confirmation: A signed “Contract for Wedding Photography Services” and payment of the booking fee are necessary to confirm the stated wedding services from the Lenscaged Production.
Pre-Wedding Consultation: This normally happens two months prior to the wedding date. The Clients will outline broadly what is required and the Lenscaged Production will advise on planning, logistics and timings where needed. If required the Clients are welcome to pop in for an additional chat closer to the time of the wedding (about 2 weeks) to iron out the remaining details. In any case we will contact you by phone a few days before the Pre Wedding to ensure that there have been no last minute changes.
Cooperation: The Clients and the Lenscaged Production consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Lenscaged Production be provided with a helper (usually the best man) who will point out key individuals to be photographed. The Lenscaged Production may also require the assistance of the best man in organizing family groups. The Clients also agree to give the Lenscaged Production sufficient warning of key events at the wedding to give the Lenscaged Production time to prepare e.g. dance performances, cutting the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests at weddings like having their photo taken. In such cases the Lenscaged Production will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.
The Schedule: Our shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of wedding photos for the Clients, accomplished with good humour and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and the Lenscaged Productions therefore agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing outstanding photographic results. In cases where the wedding does not run on time (for example, extreme lateness by one of the Clients arriving to the venue) we cannot guarantee to take our normal set of photos although in such circumstances we will do our absolute best to compensate.
Paparazzi Wedding Guests: All your guests will have digital cameras and all your guests will want to photograph the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation the Clients agree to give the Lenscaged Productions precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the wedding services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of wedding photos if guests taking their own photos of the Clients continually interrupt the Lenscaged Production's work.
House Rules: Note the Lenscaged Productions are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers/clients or members of client family insist that no flash photography is allowed, and others will insist that the Lenscaged Productions shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. We advise the Clients to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.
Copyright Law: The copyright of photographs remains with the Lenscaged Production. The Lenscaged Production grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Lenscaged Production are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Lenscaged Production.
Model Release: The Clients grant the Lenscaged Production and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Lenscaged Production and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Limit of Liability: If a Lenscaged Production is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above the Lenscaged Production will try to book a replacement wedding Lenscaged Production. Under normal circumstances a second Lenscaged Production team from the Lenscaged Production is there for the day anyway and this Lenscaged Production will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both Lenscaged Productions team are unavailable and a replacement Lenscaged Production cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Lenscaged Productions have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
Booking Fee/Deposit: In the event of the Clients cancelling the wedding for whatever reason the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Lenscaged Productions.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made.
Deliverables: Productions is not liable for delivery; if the Client refuses to Pay the Balance 20% or is non Contactable, is Unresponsive or refuses to Cooperate in any circumstances or fails to deliver the Album selection within 4 months time then lenscaged is no more liable for delivery of their wedding data. Lenscaged Productions always share’s a copy of the raw data with the client in their hard Drives hens if they FaiL to select and delivery photographs for the album or are uncontactable or unresponsive durning editing period lenscaged Productions is not liable of their Raw Data or deliverables of their wedding data for more than 6 Months. If an Act of God happens; The Lenscaged Productions have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the 20% return of fees paid for the service Or part thereof according to the percentage of images & videos supplied.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs and videos, once sent, cannot be returned; Lenscaged has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo or a video and then Lenscaged sent the buyer the correct photograph or the video) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Lenscaged, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph or a video. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo or a video”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph or a video, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo or a wrong video is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Lenscaged will send the correct photo or a video to the buyer free of charge.

Refund/Exchange Policy for Custom Wedding Albums and Photo Books
Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these services, there are no refunds on any design order. Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds on any album orders. Flush Mount and Coffee Table Books are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received,
Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),
Or in the event that the order was erroneously process such as an error was made on the size of the book or colour/style, compared to the original recorded order.
All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax and shipping when applicable. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Lenscaged does, of course guarantee that the portraits and videos you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received. Albums and keepsake boxes take approximately 10 weeks as they are custom designed and handmade. Edited films take approximately 20-24 weeks. Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional charge. All rates are subject to change at any time.
